Questions we get asked
Do guests need to install an app?
No. Every phone camera reads the QR code and opens the menu in the browser. No download, no sign-in.
What if I change a price?
Change it in the app and press Publish. A guest who scans a second later sees the new price. The code on the table stays the same.
Does it work on bad Wi-Fi?
The menu page is smaller than one Instagram photo and has no scripts. It opens on a weak mobile connection too.
Can I have the menu in English and German?
Yes, up to four languages on the same menu. Guests get the language their phone is set to and can switch themselves.
What happens if I stop paying?
You move to Free. The menu stays online, the QR codes keep working and you can still edit within the Free limits. Anything over them is frozen, not deleted.
Do you collect data about guests?
No. The menu page sets no cookies and does not track anyone. We count scans and menu page opens without IP addresses: for a scan we record only the time, device type, country and phone language.
