Your changes go into a draft that customers do not see. Before you publish, QuickQR lists everything you changed, so you catch a mistake before your customers do. When prices go up, you do not have to open item after item: change them all at once by a percentage or an amount.
One item can carry several prices, for 30 and 60 minutes, say, or for different sizes. If you serve customers from abroad, add a language. With Basic you can have the translation drafted automatically, then review and correct it before publishing.

Frequently asked questions
Can I make a price list for services rather than a menu?
Yes. Start with a blank price list, without suggested dishes, and add your own categories, items and prices.
My price list is already in a spreadsheet. Do I have to retype it?
No. On every plan you can paste items with prices as text, and with Basic you can also import an Excel spreadsheet. Or send us your current list and we enter it for you, for a one-off fee of 149,00 €.
When do customers see a new price?
Once you publish the change. While you edit, customers see the last published version. Anyone who already has the list open sees the new price when they reload the page.
Do customers need an app?
No. The price list opens in the phone's browser, from a scan or a link. Customers need no account, and the price list page sets no cookies.
Can I take orders or bookings through the price list?
No. The price list shows what you offer and what it costs; arranging and paying work as they do now. Orders and payment are in development and not available yet. Bookings are not part of QuickQR.
